You can tell these 'Milk' Moment are written into the scripts of these interviews. They're obviously designed to get people to say it as a 'taboo' word, simply as an excuse to get people custard pied.

I think Amy wanted to put Dave in the tank because she wanted to save Peter Simon from being tricked into doing it again since he's already done it so many times on this network already (In the CBBC Going Live!/Live & Kicking game show "Run The Risk", Peter would almost always get thrown into the tank by Bobby Davro)
